Hi KShar!

Thanks for all of your magnificent dishes. Is there anywhere on your site where you list recipe ingredients and proportions? It would be great to find out where this is!

Thanks!
Lauren

Hello KShar!

I made Morgh e mossama today . I came to think of making this dish is like travelling
to places far away, food is one of the main parts of our culture, identity and and joy.
During the different stages in cooking this, various wonderful aromas came to life, and both the fragrance of walnuts, rice, dates, saphroon, blended so good, and the taste was like a journey.. to far countries.
I took a picture of the my own final presentation, and I send it to KShar`s kitchen.
Take care, and thank you for your inspiration!!
