Hi Shayan jon, Yellow dried Fava beans, is what i use, try black eye peas, that is good too. I am sure you can use it, if you do let me know how it came out. merci azizam. Do you cook for your family? you must be the cook in the house….

Hello, Nilofar khanoom, for this dish i only use turmeric only, that is where the color come from. Keep it cooking.
Hi Kshar jan, thanks a lot for the clips. So interesting. I just have a question about this clip while you were frying onion. It seemed that there was something except the oil in the pot. Am I right? Before adding turmeric, the onions in the movie has almost a dark color. Did you add anything beside oil to fry onion? Thanks a lot.
