Halim Bademjan is another Traditional Persian Dish. People from various regions of Iran make different kinds of it. What you see in the video, is my version. As always, I believe that you should learn the traditional way of cooking the dish then tweak it a little to match your style and your taste. A few questions : for the lentils, do you mean 2 cups raw or cooked ? how much mint for these proportions ?is it saffron you drizzle over last
