Ramadan has come again. We all have a lot of memories of Ramadan. Our sweet memories vary from the first time we fast to the colorful Iftari’s food and dessert tables. One of the most memorable Persian dessert for Ramadan is Sholezard. It has a very unique taste which comes from a magical combination of rice, sugar , butter ,almond and zafaran.
In this particular video I show you how to make sholezard.
