Vegetarian Eggplant Dish

If you’ve been riding with me for a day or the past few years you know my main objective: be creative. Of course creativity takes place within a framework. The framework varies from time to time and depending on the art that you practice.

In cooking, if you go outside of this framework, your dish does not taste as good. This, in my opinion, is the difference between an experienced chef who expresses art vs a cook who follows instructions.

This dish is an example of creativity. It is a vegetarian dish made with eggplants. Enjoy watching it, try it, then come up with something of your own and let me know.
