Ash e Mast

by on February 21, 2013

Ash Mast (yogurt Soup) is a comfort food that is nice to have on a cold winter day. Like all other Persian dishes, it takes a little practice to master but it is relatively easy to make.
In this video, I’ll take you step by step through how to prepare, cook, and present it.

I hope you enjoyed the video. If you have any questions, be sure to leave comment. I personally read every comment and answer every question myself.

Beautifully done! I appreciate your desire to preserve Iranian cuisine in a world in which we are currently so misunderstood.
