Great, entertaining videos, but I have to ask whether you have intended to make them as… funny… as they actually are? Also, are you gay? My Persian boyfriend and I tend to think so given your demeanor… though your artistic talents make us question is too. Thought I’d ask.
Thanks for sharing the videos dear Kshar :)

Thank you so much, Joop, so which one was the give away, my demeanor or artistic talents or both? I laughed so much, apparently I am not the only one with the sense of humor. LOL

JooP April 4, 2012 at 12:42 pm

oh, both, of course! though your comments about “your wife” made us confused! 😛
thanks for the videos. looking forward to more!

KShar, just loved your video on 3 different ways to prepare salmon in under 25 minutes.
I’m not a cook by heart, you have made the art of cooking much more inviting and fun. My mouth just watering while you made each dish. Thanks so much for your videos, I may become a good cook after all.

Dorood Kshar, I have mentioned already that I like your recipes and flower arrangements. I just wached and listened to your Happy No Rooz in Farsi. You had good speech with some poetry, everything was nice and beautiful with humility . But there is a BUT, you did a very very bad mistake. When I saw Ghoran, I thught that is very wrong. Our No Rooz is at least if not more over 3000 years. If there is a holly book, should have been a Zoroastrian book. Please either take that out of your simple , as you mentioned Haft Seen, or replace that with some other respected and historic, according to the Persian Empire’s book. I am not against the book of Ghoran, neither a religeous person, but pround to be Persian. I know you understand.
with respect

Dear Sara I understand and respect your position and where you are coming from. My question is do you feel and are generous enough to give me the same ? After all this is my home and my haft seen that i share. Thank you so much

Sara April 1, 2013 at 2:17 am

Dear Kshar, Of course it is your home and your haft seen in your style and your beliefs, and I respect that. I hope I did not offend you. By the way may I ask what is kshar stand for? thank you for your responses

Hi Kshar,

I’m Armenian from Iran, but grew up here in New York. I have to say I love your web site. I just sent it to my other Armenian friends who are also from Iran. I actually learned a lot from your videos. Love your positive attitude! Love the beautiful flowers, and the persian music in the background when you are cooking. I can feel the positive energy from your videos. I’ll be watching your videos, and now I’m motivated to make some of those meals!! May God bless you in your journey. I wish you lots of luck, happiness , health and intense Love. 😉
By the way, if you can show a few Armenian dishes it would be great!

Love
Sevana
