Dear Todd, l thought of an alternative. see if your boyfriend would settle for khoreste seeb (apple stew) for now, till Beh season. This is the best substitute for Beh, exactly same thing but with apple. if you want I will make sure that my staff release it soon. I like to get to know my friends, so I can do friendship justice. Thank you so much for all your acknowledgment, stay tuned and keep it cooking.

Thank you so much for doing this KShar. I’m still traveling, but I will try to make it later. For some reason I thought we need to add a little tomato paste to the sauce, but I must have had it wrong then. This looks really good. Can’t wait to try it… Thanks a million.

You are not wrong Azita khanoom, some do add tomato paste, I dont, becouse I cook it with sweet and sour suace, with tomato paste you can not do that. enjoy your traveling, be safe.keep it cooking. traveling is the best way to cook your mind.
