Iraninas are not the first that come to mind when you read Plum Stew. The chinese seem to have the claim!
My version of this dish is not like the chinese or the traditional Persian / Iranian for that matter. As I’ve always told you, my focus is not on what others do but on what I can create leveraging the knowledge and legacy of my ancestors. I hope you enjoy this creation.

Very creative stew, but usually you add a lot of salt and it is not good for health. (2 times you add salt ).
